Proposal Location: This is a non -project
action, city-wide amendment to the SVMC
that would affect all parcels zoned Single -
Family Residential Urban District (0-3).

Hearing Procedures and Appeals: The
Spokane Valley Planning Commission will
conduct the hearing pursuant to Planning
Commission rules of procedure. Interested
persons may testily at the public hearing
and may submit written comments and
documents before or at the hearing. The
Planning Commission may limit the time
given to speakers. The Planning Commis-
sion will forward a recommendation on the
proposed amendment to the Spokane Valley
City Council. Appeals shall be pursuant to
SVMC 19.90 Appeals
Environmental Determination: Spokane
Valley, acting as the Lead Agency, issued a
Determination of Non -significance (DNS) on
December 28, 2018 pursuant to WAC 197-
11-340 (2). The 14 -day appeal/comment
period expires on January 11, 2019.
Staff Report and Inspection of Pile: A
staff report will be available for inspection
seven (7) calendar days prior to the hear -
