have a probable significant adverse impact
on the environment. An Environmental Im-
pact Statement (EIS) is not required under
RCW 43.21C.030)2)(c). This decision was
made after review of a completed environ-
mental checklist, the application, SVMC
Titles 19, 21 and 22, site assessment, and
comments from the public and affected
agencies. This infdrmation is available to
the public an request.
This DNS is issued under WAC 197-
11-540(2); the Iead agency will not act
on his proposal for 14 days from the
date above.

pursuanttothe City's adopted Fee Schedule.
