Notice of Public Hearing
The Spokane Valley City Council
will conduct a public hearing on
Tuesday, January 8, 2019,
beginning at 6:00 p.m., or as soon
thereafter as practical. The
purpose of the public hearing is to
receive public testimony on
proposed amendments to the
Spokane Valley Municipal Code
19.70.050, specifically
19.70.050(G): In mixed-use zones,
"projects with residential
components, shall provide 210
square feet of open space per
dwelling unit conforming to the
requirements of SVMC
19.70.050(F)!' The proposal is to
delete SVMC 19.70.050(G) and the
210 square toot open space
requirement. The public hearing
will be held in City Council
Chambers, 10210 East Sprague
Avenue, Spokane Valley WA, 99206.
NOTICE: Individuals planning to

special assistance to accom-
modate physical, hearing, or other
impairments, please contact the

soon as possible so that
arrangements may be made.
