Proponent: Mike Senske, Painted Hills Golf Course, Inc. Location of proposal: Northwest corner of Thorpe and Madison Roads, Sections 33 and 34 in Township 25 North., 44 EWM and Section 4, Township 24 North, Range 44 EWM. Project will encompass approximately 7 acres. Lead Agency: Spokane County Engineer's Office The lead agency has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 15 days from the date issued (below), at which time it becomes final.
