Proposal Location: The project is located within the right-of-way of Barker Road from Euclid Avenue to approximately 'h mile south of the Intersection of Barker Road and Trent Avenue. It is further located between Section 5 and 6, Township 25 North, Range 45 East, Willamette Meridian, Spokane County, Washington.
