Washington stating that the project has restored all floodplain areas to the pre -project
countours and that all spoil materials have been disposed of outside the flood zone.
The certification shall be the original stamped one.

upon the above information being correct and that the plans and supporting data have
been or shall be provided as required. I agree to comply with all other applicable
provisions of Chapter 3, Section 20 of the Spokane County Code and all other laws or

completed and stamped by Mike Senske, P.E.
8, COMMENTS: 1500 cy fill, shown impact less thanl/100th ft. (0.00973).
Critical area identified as a riparian zone - buffer at 100 ft,
first tee minimum of 100 feet from OHW. Some native willow
planting will be completed in vicinity of project, however all
activity will be outside of CA buffer(photos attached to file)
