The property owner is seeking to haul excess structural material from other sites under his ownership and place the fill within the project lot. Some of the fill will go into the SFHA in order to remove a portion of the property from the SFHA and to increase the area available for residential use. The appeal must be written and specific factual objections made to the City's threshold determination. Appeals shall be conducted in conformance with SVMC 17.90 Appeals. and any required fees pursuant to the City's adopted Fee Schedule shall be paid at the time of appeal submittal.
