Approval Criteria: Section 22.140 (Street Vacations) of the SVMC; Title 21 (Envi- ronmental Controls); the Spokane Valley. Street Standards; the Regional Stemnvater Manual; and the Spokane Regional Health District regulations. Hearing Process: The Planning Com- mission holds the public hearing to receive comments and forwards a recommenda- tion to the City Council for an ordinance adoption. Staff Report and Inspection of File: A staff report will be available for inspection seven (7) calendar days before the hearing.
