Environmental Determination: The Plan-
ning Division has reviewed the proposal/
project and has determined that the project
is categorically exempt pursuant to WAC
197-11-600 and Spokane Valley Municipal
Code (SVMC); Title 21 (Environmental
Controls) from environmental review under
the provisions -of the State Environmental
Policy Act (SEPA).
Approval Criteria: Section 22.140 (Street
Vacations) of the SVMC; Title 21 (Envi-
ronmental Controls); the Spokane Valley.
Street Standards; the Regional Stemnvater
Manual; and the Spokane Regional Health
District regulations.
Hearing Process: The Planning Com-
mission holds the public hearing to receive
comments and forwards a recommenda-
tion to the City Council for an ordinance
adoption.
Staff Report and Inspection of File: A
staff report will be available for inspection
seven (7) calendar days before the hearing.
The staff report and application file maybe
inspected at City of Spokane Valley City
Hat, 10210 East Sprague Avenue, between
5:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday -Friday,
excluding holidays. Copies of documents
will be made available at a reasonable
