I am putting my package together now to send up for signatures. I think I mentioned these things to you when I sent over the email telling you we were going to go with you however, if I didn't I need help with a couple of things. On the bid for the bed bug removal, it has my name on it. I am not an authorized signer for the City. Only the City Manager may sign contracts, if you need to have this form signed by us,then I need to have his name Mark Calhoun replaced on that form. My legal team requested the terms attached to this bid be changed from 1.5%to 1%for a finance charge should we be remiss in not paying in a timely fashion This information is located in paragraph 6 of the terms of that agreement. If you could respond you agree to this I will add this notation to the contract as it moves forward. I am looking forward to getting things taken care of and look forward to your response.
