It is mutually agreed that it is in the best interest of both Lessor and Lessee to extend the subject lease until September 30, 2019. Should Lessee require termmation of this Lease during this extension period, it shall provide written notice to Lessor at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such termination, in which event rent shall be prorated to the date of termination. This letter is to confirm mutual agreement regarding this extension of our lease. To permit the tenant agency to process your rental payments for this extension period,please sign and return a copy to me at the address shown on or before May 22,2019. An extension of our lease is acceptable to the state of Washington,with all conditions thereto remaining the same.
