SUBJECT: 3rd Amendment to Lease SRL 13-0021, Community Colleges of Spokane,District 17
(CCS),Spokane Valley
Dear Mr. Stone:
The subject lease,which expires on June 30,2019,refers to your building located at 2426 N.Discovery Place,
Spokane Valley, Washington which is leased to the CCS.
It is mutually agreed that it is in the best interest of both Lessor and Lessee to extend the subject lease until
September 30, 2019. Should Lessee require termmation of this Lease during this extension period, it shall
provide written notice to Lessor at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such termination, in
which event rent shall be prorated to the date of termination.
This letter is to confirm mutual agreement regarding this extension of our lease. To permit the tenant agency
to process your rental payments for this extension period,please sign and return a copy to me at the address
shown on or before May 22,2019. An extension of our lease is acceptable to the state of Washington,with all
conditions thereto remaining the same.
It is acknowledged that the signatories below have the authority and right to bind the respective Lessor and
Lessee, and this letter shall therefore be considered an amendment of the Lease If you have any questions,
