The 20 (Subdivisions), the Spokane Valley
Street Standards, the Spokane Regional

Public Hearing: Pursuant to SVMC
17.80.050 the Community 8 Public Works
Department shall be the decision -maker on
a proposal to subdivide property into nine (9)
or fewer lots. Therefore. the proposal Is not
subject to a future public hearing.
