Funding proposals will need to include the completed application which contains basic information about the organization, a brief statement of the organization's purpose and background, a description of the projector activity for which funding is requested, and how the fundswill be used during 2020. To be considered'tor funding, grant applications, including any additional presentation materials, must be submitted to the City's Finance Department by 4109_p.m.,.Frid9y,Aupuat 9, 2019. Ne. materials will Ise accepted anerthe dead- line. Each outside agency will be allotted 3-5 minutes to present their proposal at the Sept 17, 2019 City Council Meeting. The Council meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 10210 E. Sprague Avenue, Spokane VaIley, Washington.
