Spokane Valley City Council on the 23rd
day of July, 2019:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY
WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR A
RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION' OF AP-
PROXIMATELY 41,022
BALDWIN AVENUE AND GLENN ROAD
WHICH BISECTS PARCEL 45093.1519
AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS
PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 states certain Findings of Fact
concerning these rights-of-way vacations;
Section 2 describes the properties to be
vacated; Section 3 explains the process
for the division of property to be vacated;
Section 4 states the designated zoning for
the vacated property; Section 5 sets out
conditions of vacation; Section 8 slates
the closing process; Section 7 speaks to
severability and Section 8 provides for an
effective date.
