a medical detoxification unit serving up to
eight patients within a home detoxification
setting. The facility will be staffed with a
minimum of lour medical professionals
during all hours. The facility will serve
adult men and women, ages 18 and above
with an expected length of slay of three to
seven days. •

IMPACTS OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT.
A copy of the subsequent threshold deter-
mination for the proposal may be obtained
upon request.
APPLICABLE DEVELOPMENT REGULA-
TIONS: SVMC Title 19 (Zoning Regula-
tions), Section 21.20 (State Environmental
Policy Act), SVMC Title 22 (Design & De-
velopment Standards) and Section 22,130
(Streets, Sidewalks and Public Places), the
City of Spokane Valley Street Standards,
the Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual,
and the Spokane Regional Health District
regulations are the primary development
regulations applicable to the site.
PUBLIC HEARING: The conditional
use permit request is subject to a public
hearing. Separate public notice of the
scheduled public hearing date and time will
be conducted.
