Section 1 sets out certain Findings of Fact' regarding the area proposed to be vacated; Section 2 describes the property to be vacated; Section 3 addresses the division of property to be vacated; Section 4 designates zoning for the vacated property; Section 5 addresses conditions of vacation to be satisfied prior to the transfer of title by the City; Section 6 states the closing steps to be taken following satisfaction of the above conditions; Section 7 addresses severability, and Section 8 provides for an effective date.
