I provided them with copies of the Spokane County Sanitary Sewer Ordinance that pretains to the issue. I also pointed out to them that the need for a "sewer abandonment" permit is stated on THEIR handout titled SEWER CONNECTION PERMITS B-7. I was told by both Jeff Forry and Ken Jeffery that they would inform their permit techs. I guess that we need to talk to them again. I'll keep you posted.
