OFFICIAL NOTICE

You have been notified on numerous previous occasions regarding the
nece33ity of completely removing the debris of the building burned
out by fire and the 2i.11ing in of the basement excavation situated
on property of yours in approximately the 900 block on North Ella.
This present letter of directive and notice is hereby being personally
delivered to you and is the final official notice that the filling in
of tinier basement excavation and removal of the debris cleaned up,
in order to eliminate the existing; condition which constitutes a hazard
to safety, health and/or public welfare, by reason of the delapidation,
obsolescence, abandonment and deterioration, and the property cleaned
up to remove this hazard and nuisance.
This property has again been examined by me personally in accordance
with the requirements of section 3.02.080, and has been determined
and hereby declared unoafe and condemned as defined by County Ordinance
3.02.070.
In accordance with county requirements and regulations, this notice
is an order to you to commence within forty-eight (48) hours the
required demolition or removal of the burned -out structure and filling
in of the basement excavation and that such austement of the conditions
existing; upon the premises shall be completed within 90 day3 from the
date of this notice.
However, wince you have been officially notified of these requirements
on several previous occasions and the 90 -day expiration of the original
notice has long since passed, failure to commence the required removal
and abatement within forty-eight (48) hours and completion within seven
(7) days, of the day you receive this notice, the County will institute
direct action by having the debris cleaned up and the basement excavation
filled in - the cost of which mall become a lien against the property,
in accordance with County law.
