fourteen (14) calendar days after the date
the notice of the decision is mailed. Stand-

in accordance with the provisions of SVMC
17.90.010 (General).

SVMC 19.70 (Density & Dimensions),
SVMC Title 20 (Subdivisions), the City
of Spokane Valley Street Standards, the
Spokane Regional Stormwaler Manual,
and the Spokane Regional Health District

Public Hearing: Pursuant to SVMC
17.80:050 the Community & Public Works
Department shall be the decision -maker on
a proposal tosubdivide property into nine (9)
or lewer lots. Therefore, the proposal is not
subject to a future public hearing.
