2019, 11-12 Planned Final Action for Condemnation, Barker/BNSF Grade Separation (S/R)41IJ UI apURAIIC YGIICJ NOTICE OF PLANNED FINAL ACTION FOR CONDEMNATION Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 8.25.290 of the Revised Code of Washington, the Spokane Valley City Council, at a meeting on November 12, 2019, will consider an ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to file a condemnation action to acquire land, rights-of-way, and easements relating to the Barker Road/BNSF Grade Separation Project. A copy of the proposed ordinance is posted at www.spokanevalley.org/BarkerBNSF .. The ownership and tax parcel numbers of the property affected by this proposed final action for condemnation are as follows: Ownership: Bradley D. The meeting will commence at 6:0.0 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Spokane Valley City Hall, 10210 E. Sprague Ave., Spokane Valley, Washington.
