FINAL ACTION FOR CONDEMNATION
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance
with section 8.25290 of the Revised Code
of Washington, the Spokane Valley City
Council, at a meeting on November 12,
2019, will consider an ordinance authoriz-
ing the City Manager, or his designee, to
file a condemnation action to acquire land,
rights-of-way, and easements relating to
the Barker Road/BNSF Grade Separation
Project. A copy of the proposed ordinance
is posted at wwwspokanevalley.org/Bark-
erBNSF.
The ownership and lax parcel numbers of
the property affected by this proposed final
action for condemnation are as follows:
