Prior to issuance of any Engineered Grading Permit, the developer shall submit a Cultural Resource Report completed by a qualified professional to the Spokane Valley Community and Public,Works Department. In addition to the report, the developer shall submit evidence of the acceptance/ concurrence with the findings in the report from the Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation and the, Spokane Tribe of Indians.
