ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PAYMENT AND SATISFACTION AND RELEASE
FROM CONDITIONS
On February 8. 2005. an agreement entitled Mitigation Agreement SR 27 (Pines
Road)/Mansfield Road Construction Project("the Agreement')was entered into by and
between Centennial Properties,Inc.("Developer')and the City of Spokane Valley("City").
jointly referred to as "Parties", notice of which was recorded under Spokane County
Auditor's number 5194641.
The Agreement was entered into by the Parties pursuant to RCW 82.02.020 to
mitigate a direct impact identified as a consequence of Developer's anticipated development
of its real property located near the Pines/Mansfield Construction Project. That property is
more specifically described in the Agreement. which a copy of which is attached and
incorporated herein.
The Agreement required Developer to pay$151,730 as a mitigation fee representing a
proportionate share contribution towards traffic impact improvements deemed necessary at
the intersection of Pines Road and Mansfield Avenue,representing the purchase of a certain
number of vehicular trips at $303.46 per P.M. peak hour trip.
On February 8, 2005, contemporaneous with executing the Agreement, Centennial
Properties paid the City $151,730, in full payment of the financial obligation of the
Agreement,and Centennial Properties has no outstanding obligations pursuant to the terms

of the Agreement.
This document is being recorded to terminate the Agreement, recorded under
Spokane County Auditor's number 5194641.
