Description of Work
To improve safety and mobility by constructing a single-lane roundabout(RAB)at the existing intersection of Barker Road,the
combined westbound I-90 on/off ramp terminal and Cataldo Avenue. Modifications to the existing on and off ramps will be limited
to connecting to the new RAB. The intersection of Boone Avenue/Barker Road will be modified as well. Work will include
supplemental survey,geotechnical investigation,final design,&Plans,Specifications&Estimate to begin in 2019 and to be
completed in 2020.

desires to supplement the agreement entered in to with HDR Engineering, Inc.
and executed on January 28,2019 and identified as Agreement No. 18-127
All pripvisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The 4hanges to the agreement are described as follows:
