First Addendum to the Purchase and Sale Agreement between
City of Spokane Valley and JD's Dragon, Inc.
This is the First Addendum to the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) executed by the
City of Spokane Valley and JD's Dragon, Inc. on June 20, 2019. Section 4.3(a)(1) of the PSA
requires use of a deed substantially in the form of Exhibit B, "Deed." The parties have agreed to
use a deed with alternative language, attached hereto as a new Amended Exhibit B.
