(SVMC) 21.20.040 from environmental
review under the provisions of the State
Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).-
Existing Environmental Documents:
Not Applicable.
Applicable Development Regulations:
SVMC Title 19 (Zoning), Title 20 (Sub-
divisions), and Section 22.130 (Streets,
Sidewalks and Public Places), the Spokane
Valley Street Standards. the Guidelines for
Stormwater Management, and the Spokane
Regional Health District regulations are the
primary development regulations applicable
to the site.
Public Hearing: Pursuant to SVMC
20.60.020 a public hearing will not be
required unless specifically requested. Re-
quest for a public hearing must be received
by January 24, 2020 at 5:00 pm. Separate
notice will be provided tar the public hearing,
