Location of Project: Thorpe Road.Dishmaa-Mioa to Madison
Project Title: Thorpe Road Topo Survey
Maximum Amount Payable Per Task Assignment: $6.000 and no/100.
Completion Date: 7 Oct 2011
Description of Work:
Provide on-call surveying services in accordance with Exhibit A-1 involving topographic survey of
Thorpe Road Right-of-Way from Dishman-Mica to Madison Road and to include up to 300 feet of
Madison Road north of the intersection with Thorpe Road.
• Determine Right of Way for Thorpe road,a portion of Madison and East Right of way for
Dishman.
• Provide topographic data 1'contours within right of way as shown on exhibit provided.
• 13ridge Footings,ditches,culverts,and drywalls along with other above ground evidence of
utilities will be shown.
• Horizontal Datum will be project datum with vertical datum to match Chester Creek x-section
datum.
• Deliverables will be ACAD drawings in CSV standards.
• Monuments found to determine rights of way will be shown on mapping and flagged in field.
These should be protected during construction,
• Permit for Temporary Monument Removal is not included in this scope.
