Proposed Professional Services for Montgomery Avenue approximately 700 feet in length
• Assumed Horizontal Datum and NAVD 88 Vertical Datum
• Topographic Survey within Right of Way at 1 foot contour interval
• Utilities will be shown from above ground evidence.
• Perform required research to identify and determine boundaries from recorded documents and Spokane County
Engineers Office.
• Locate monuments along right of ways.
• Determine Right of Way boundaries from research and found monuments.
• Stake Right of Ways with sufficient proximity to visually identify Rights of Way
• Establish 2 Vertical Bench Marks for Project
• Provide signed topographic map showing rights of way
• Provide AutoCAD Map, Point Files, Break Lines and Tin, using COSV Drawing Standards
Professional Services Fee Estimate$5000.00
If you need this to be on state plane coordinates,we will need to revise the estimate.

Montgomery Drive to the Railroad right of way and a topo of the road right of way. Let me know an estimated cost and I will send
