The Grant rs, JOVI, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, for and in
consideration of-4(0• Vd, conveys and grants unto the City of Spokane Valley, a municipal
corporation of State of Washington, and its assigns, Grantee,under the imminent threat of the
Grantee's exercise of its right of Eminent Domain, the right, privilege and easement over,
upon, and across the hereinafter described lands for the purpose of constructing a driveway
approach.
The temporary rights herein granted shall terminate on ZI 22j f 21-1
Said lands being situated in Spokane County, State of Washington, and described as
follows:
