Location of Proposals: Citywide Lead Agency: City of Spokane Valley Determination: Pursuant to Title 21 • (Environmental Controls) of the Spokane Valley Municipal Code (SVMC), the Iead agency has determined that these pro- posals do not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not re- quired under Revised Code of Washington 43.21 G.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist, the application, SVMC Titles 19, 21 and 22, site assessment; and comments from the 'public and affected agencies.
