Envlfhnmental Determination: The City
Issued a Determination of Non -significance
(DNS) on February 21, 2020 pursuant to the
State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and
chapter 21.20 Spokane Valley Municipal
Code (SVMC).
Nearing Procedures: The Spokane Val-
ley Planning Commission will conduct the
hearing pursuant to Planning Commission
rules of procedure. Interested persons may
testify at the public hearing and may submit
written comments and documents before or
at the hearing. The Planning Commission
may limit the time given to speakers. The
Planning Commission will forward a recom-
mendation on the request to the Spokane
Valley City Council. .
Staff Report and inspection of File: Astaff
report will be available for Inspection seven
calendar days before the hearing. The staff
teport and application file may be inspected
atthe Community and Public Works Depart-
ment, located at Spokane Valley City Hell,
10210 E. Sprague Ave., between 8:00 am
and 5:00 pm, Monday -Friday, excluding
holidays. Copies of documents will be made
available at a reasonable cost. Send written
