SDP-2020-0001 Description of Proposal: A portion of a 66 acre site will be developed with a 170 unit senior living community. Buildings on the site will include one 4-story residential build- ing, an indoor pool and exercise building, four 1-story garage buildings with 68 parking spaces, and 172 additional surface parking stalls. A narrow strip of the site'falls within shoreline jurisdiction with the shoreline jurisdiction width varying from 0 - 90 feet from the north property line. The majority of the site Is outside of shorelinejurisdiction, and the entire project Is located outside of any shoreline buffer areas. Development proposed within shoreline jurisdiction in- cludes carports tor paved areas, a portion of the pool and exercise balding, residential O building and garages.
