Pursuant to Section 14.808.020.3 of the Spokane Valley Interim Zoning Code, an approved site development plan shall not be altered unless approved by the Director or designee, provided that the proposed alteration does not represent a substantial change in the previously approved site development plan, and does not increase the overall site development plan density. The Mission Meadows Manufactured Home Park is currently authorized for a maximum of one hundred and twenty-two (122) manufactured home lots. The proposal to incorporate half of Lot 63 into the lot area of Lot 62 and the other half into Lot 64 and consolidate Lot 59 and Lot 60 into one (1) lot, which is not a substantial change in lot design or configuration and will not increase the overall density of the project. Therefore, the Current Planning Division approves your request subject to compliance with the following conditions of approval: 1. All conditions of approval from Spokane County's approval of MHP-4-96 and 7F-56-96, as applicable, shall continue to be complied with. 2.
