Proposal Location: Parcel numbers 45131.0107 and 45131.0108, addressed as 1215 and 1229 North Flora Road, located west of the intersection of Boone Avenue and Flora Road, further located in the SE A of the NE 14 of Section 13, Township 25 North, Range 44 East, Willamette Meridian, Spokane County, Washington. Mitigation Measures: 1. Voluntary mitigation fee of $111,222 for the South Barker Corridor Study in lieu of a full traffic impact analysis: This fee is based on 74 trips being added within the study area at a rate of $1,503 per trip and shall be paid prior to the issuance of the building permit. 2. Prior to -the issuance of an engineered grading permit for any land disturbing activities, the applicant shall submit an archaeological survey, completed by a qualified professional to the Spokane Valley Community and Public Works Department. In addition to the report the developer shall submit evidence of the acceptance/con currence with the findings In the report from the Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation and the Spokane Tribe of Indians. Appeal: An appeal of this determination shall be submittedto the Community & Pub- lic Works Department within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date issued.
