Hi Jenna,
We conducted an initial review of the material on the FTP site for the floodplain development
application connected to the property at 2610 S. Dishman Mica Rd. It is missing some basic pieces of
information required per the floodplain ordinance specifically listed under subsections 21.30.070(6)(1-4). This
information is necessary before a complete review can occur. Our thought is that we should put a technical
memorandum together to describe the missing information needed before the actual review can begin. My
goal is to provide this memorandum before close of business tomorrow (Wednesday). Please let me know
whether or not you have any issues or thoughts on with this approach. Also, please confirm that the two week
review period does not begin until the applicant provides all the necessary information per the ordinance.

Apologies, I was out on Friday when correspondence on this application started. We will start taking a
