Subject: 2610 S DISHMAN - FLOODPLAIN REVIEW
Hello Paul,
There is a (new) design professional involved with providing a set of plans for completing the review(s)
of this project (see below) ...
What can be done to facilitate communication between him and CH2M HILL for resolving the design
issues he has regarding the ordinance requirements?
Thanks for your help,
Mike Turbak

Mike, have you had any luck setting up a meeting or conference call with the Floodplain administrator on the
swift project? Based on your last correspondence you are requesting a "hydraulic analysis" however I am not
understanding what you will want to see for this analysis. To proceed I am looking for some direction from the
City as to what we can do that will satisfy this requirement. I understand this requirement is from the City's
ordinance however what constitutes a "hydraulic analysis" is not a black and white question. I was hoping a
conference call between the city planning, city floodplain engineer, and myself would help facilitate coming to
an understanding on this. I'm hoping to have this understanding up front to make the process quicker and easier
for everyone. Please let me know if you need anything from me to set this up.
Thank you,
