Based on your last correspondence you are requesting a "hydraulic analysis" however I am not understanding what you will want to see for this analysis. To proceed I am looking for some direction from the City as to what we can do that will satisfy this requirement. I understand this requirement is from the City's ordinance however what constitutes a "hydraulic analysis" is not a black and white question. I was hoping a conference call between the city planning, city floodplain engineer, and myself would help facilitate coming to an understanding on this. I'm hoping to have this understanding up front to make the process quicker and easier for everyone. Please let me know if you need anything from me to set this up.
