The road will serve a maximum of 8 homes on acreage. PROPOSED DESIGN DEVIATION: 1. To allow the use of the existing rock where it occurs naturally instead of the WSDOT base course as shown on the approved design plans. 2. To allow the use of a horizontal centerline curve radius of 48' at the entrance of the project as shown on the attached exhibit. 3. To allow the use of three additional horizontal centerline curves between stations 26+00 and 28+00 as shown on the attached exhibit. 4. To allow a 0.5' ditch between stations 2+00 and 5+00. 5. To allow the use of the K values shown on the attached exhibit. JUSTIFICATION: The owner believes that the private road associated with his development, Coyote Ridge Lane, is being held to more stringent standards than other private roads which Spokane County has recently been issuing building permits for construction on the lots that the roads service such as Wright Road and Cameron Road. The owner has met with Spokane County representatives at the subject site to observe the road construction. The attached plans reflect the as -built conditions of which the owner is requesting approval from the county before finalizing the road construction. The remaining construction items include: 1. Placing and grading the WSDOT base course shown on the approved plans. 2. Grading the ditch lines to be the depth shown on the approved plans and placing the erosion control blanket/ grass mixture in the ditches. 3.
