After talking with John, have decided that in order to make sure we are covered we need a
letter from Storhaug confirming that the addition to the garage sf will not alter the hydraulic
calculations they made for the flood plain for this site. If they can do that, then we are good
to go. Who will make the call to Storhaug? If we get the confirmation from Erik, then please
release this permit for Mr. Morrison. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Kathy,
Mr. Dale Swift submitted a revised site plan (2610 S Dishman-Mica) and drawings yesterday to
the permit center. This will be the third revision to the proposed attached garage. he is now
proposing a detachedgarage to be 2+' x 30'. The proposal has moved 6 feet west of the residence
and an additional 6 feet in length from 2"d approved revision. It meets setbacks and size criteria.
Question: Is there any floodplain review associated with this modification? Mr. Swift has
verbalized to staff that he is in a hurry and I'd like to move forward with any reviews necessary to
show we are not delaying.

with the project and hopefully have a cluickyes/no question.
The owner has changed his proposal from a 20' x 24' to a 24' x 24' attached garage now to proposing a 24' x 30' foot
detached garage set 6' away from the residence. This would be a total shift of 1 2' feet to the west and +' to the north
and increase in 240 square feet from the original proposed location. Does this change require a new or modified
floodplain permit review?
