Dear Mr. Cropp:
It has been some time now since we last contacted you concerning the alledged zoning
violations on your property, located at North 2712 Ella, Spokane, Parcel Number
07542-4810.
A recent visual inspection by our field inspector indicates, we believe, that some
progress has been made towards bringing your property into compliance with the
Spokane County Zoning Ordinance, but that at least one unlicensed and inoperable
vehicle is remaining on your property along with some unauthorized miscellaneous
materials
As stated in our letter to you of March 5, 1980, storage in an Agricultural Suburban
Zone is limited by Section 4.05.070 of the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance to,
"...storage of materials used in the connection with the operation of a household
and activities associated with the normal operation of a household except that prop-
erty may be used for the storage of materials used in the construction of the indi-
vidual buildings on the property in the project. Recreational vehicles or boats
shall not be stored in the front yard of any lot used for residential purposes."
Because some progress has been made by removal of the vehicles and mobile home, we
are of the opinion that a period of 30 days, beginning with your receipt of this
letter, should be a sufficient extension of time in which to remove the remaining
unlicensed and inoperable vehicle and miscellaneous material from your property.
Please be advised that this is not a matter that will go away if ignored and that a
violation of the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance is a criminal offense. I am sure
it is important to you, as it is to me, that we resolve this situation quickly.
If you wish to discuss these findings or have any questions, please feel free to
contact me at 456-3675.
Sincerely,
y.17
Mark Holman
