This change order pays for the installation of Rain Water Leaders to downspouts planned with
the CenterPlace Roof Replaement Project#0305. It also pays for the removal and replacement
of the existing broken and damaged concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, accessible ramps and
driveway approach. The total cost(including sales tax) for this Change Order work is
$27,902.56 paid for by City of Spokane Valley. There are sufficient funds in the project budget
to cover these costs. Due to the increased scope of work, we are also allowing an additional
four (4) working days to complete the contract.
