At this time you would not be able to construct this roof addition as improper setbacks between your property line and your structure would hold up this project. I would ask that you take down what you already have constructed and clean up your property to the south of your garage. As another point of interest you have never had a final inspection on your building and would suggest you call your appropriate inspector to accomplish this discrepancy.
