Dear Ms. Ward:
This office continues to receive complaints regarding the above
named structure. The most recent included observation of children
entering the premises. If true, this presents a dangerous
situation and exposes you to potentially serious liability.
In reference to your letter, dated February 28, 1992, progress was
to have been shown toward the demolition work authorized by permit
#91-344. An inspection by the Department of Buildings on April 7,
1992 showed no activity at the site.
