DEFENDANT'S ADDRESS: 3303 South Grand Boulevard, Spokane, Washington 99203 VIOLATION: SCC 3.10.010 UCADB DATE: August 4, 1992 LOCATION OF VIOLATION: 2606 North Elizabeth Road, SPOKANE COUNTY, WA. CIRCUMSTANCES SUPPORTING PROBABLE CAUSE: Records of the Spokane County Assessor's Office identify Sharon A. Ward as the owner of the referenced property located at 2606 North Elizabeth Road, Spokane County, Washington. William C. Benish , Code Compliance Coordinator, for the Department of Buildings, on April 30, 1992 inspected the property located at 2606 North Elizabeth Road Spokane County, Washington and observed the following dangerous building on said property: A building meeting the definition of a dangerous building as defined by UCADB, Section 302, items 4,10,12,17, and 18, and further described as a fire damaged building exhibiting extensive damage to its interior structural components and its roof and roof structure and excessive listing of its north exterior wall. The records of the Division of Buildings show that on February 1, 1991, a permit had been issued for the residential demolition. On January 30, 1992 the Division of Buildings notified the defendant, in writing, of the failure to show appropriate action as required by said permit. As of the date of this affidavit, the records of the Division of Buildings show no progress has yet been made for the said demolition.
