They have talked with you, Art Erikson, William J. Moser, Francine, and numerous other persons. They have received a variety of answers as to whether or not they will be able to get a variance for the set back requirement. I am enclosing a copy of all permits on their property now. Please let me know what you feel the proper procedure is for them to follow. It has been customary in the past for persons who have built without permits, to obtain a permit and have inspection of the building occur pursuant to standards set at the time the building occurred.
