He has discussed this notice in detail with me and it seems like he has completed many of the items on the list, but a few may still remain. Unfortunately, we are at a point where he can not refinance the property to get cash with the title notice still in effect. He seems like a very agreeable guy, and I get the feeling he wants to do the right thing, but he feels like it is a brick wall and that his property is stuck right now. What do you suggest we do to move forward. He has indicated to me that he would like to try and reach a reasonable solution between the govemment and himself as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
