I am sending this email to let you know that a demolition action at 308 N Felts Rd, Spokane Valley, by owner Al Severson
is not subject to Notice of Intent (NOI) requirements because the area demolished was below 120 square feet, per
SRCAA Regulation I Article IX Section 9.04(A)(6)(e). Severson has complied with the requirement to obtain an asbestos
survey. Severson will not have an NOI.
