RE: Euclid Avenue Short Plat — SHP-20-03
Dear Mr. Cooke,
The purpose of this letter is to address the installation of a six-inch sewer line for the
short plat identified as SHP-20-03. When the six -line was originally designed, the design
assumption was that the six-inch line would serve 3 single family homes. It has since
been brought to our intention that the property owner intends to construct 3 duplex
buildings on the three lots served by the six-inch sewer line. I have performed capacity
calculations for the six-inch line assuming 3 -bedrooms per duplex unit. The result of the
analysis performed shows that the six-inch sewer line will have adequate capacity to
serve the three duplex lots.
