Fancher Road Project # 07-001263 Dear Mr. Ellingwood: I have reviewed the information provided to Mike Connelly, City Attorney on July 11, 2007 and after consulting with Mr. Connelly and the appropriate Spokane Valley Municipal Code Sections (14.508.040) on this matter and conclude that the project may proceed with the following conditions: 1. The eave line on the north side of the structure may not overhang the property line and must be adjusted accordingly; and 2. Gutters and downspouts must be installed on the north eave line in order to intercept stormwater from the roof before it leaves the subject property. Also be advised that a request to revise your plans to include the full extent of the demolition on the site and revised construction plans must be provided to the Building Division prior to re- starting work on this project. Due to the expanded scope of work on the subject property additional review and permit fees will be required.
