Public Works received your January 9, 2006 submittal. The plans, as submitted, are
accepted Prior to Mylar signature the following items shall be addressed:
1. A grading permit shall be obtained. Please contact the Spokane Valley Building
Division for the appropriate required information.
2. A pre -construction conference is required. Please contact me to schedule this
meeting.
3. The City has available in AutoCAD 2006 a plan acceptance construction stamp.
This stamp may be placed on the Mylars. The blank areas are to be completed by
City staff at the time of the pre -construction conference. If you would like this
stamp, please contact me via email.
