Any appeal of the Hearing Examiner'.a deci-
sion will be based on the rewrd established
before the Hearing Examiner, pursuant to
SVMC 17.90 (Appeals).
Environmental Determination: A Mitigated
Determination of Non -Significance (MONS)
was sued pursuant to WAC 197-11.340(2)
on April3, 2020, with an appeal period end-
ing on April 17. 2020. The decision was
appealed on April 16, 2020. The appeal
will be combined with the public hearing for
SUB-2019-0004.
