Materials were limited to the flooring systems, exterior siding systems, roofing system in all buildings except the residen :e. The intention of this survey is to sample possible asbestos containing materials impacted in demolition of all building with the exception on the residence which will be remodeling. The materials affected were identified by the client's representative. This asbestos survey is required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) to identify asbestos contain ng materials required to be removed and disposed in accordance with local, state and federal regulations, prior to any demolition, renovation or remodeling that will disturb :hese materials. The CUE nt for this survey is Eclipse Screen Printing. Survey Approach: Representative samples of suspect asbestos materials were collected using the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) protocol. Samples were submitted under chain of custody to Mountain Laboratories of Spokane, Wa. for analysis. Buiidirg and Samples: The buildings are in good condition pending remodeling/demolition. All samples were in good condition and readily identifiable. Due diligence has been exercised to uncover all pote tial ACM associated with the identified materials. it is possible that additional asbests materials that were not sampled remain concealed. If materials not sampled in this port will be disturbed, it should be sampled by an accredited Building Inspector and anlyzed for asbestos content prior to any activity impacting the material.
